LinkedIn has always been the best place to connect with colleagues, but not everyone knows you can also search and apply for millions of jobs directly through the platform.

'What are you searching for?' shines a light on stories from real LinkedIn members across the country, detailing the very human reasons (sometimes amusing, sometimes moving) for starting a job search, and how LinkedIn helped.

The campaign rolled out across social, OOH, print, and radio, focusing on key UK cities.

We love talking to humans in all kinds of ways. Calls are brilliant (although some of the younger humans find it weird that you’d speak to someone using your actual voice when you could just WhatsApp or slide into their DMs). We also love an email, letter, carrier pigeons or feel free to pop in.
